Some business philosophy from a young alder to an elder about network marketing home business

Some Business Philosophy from a young alder to an old elder…what really matters for network marketing home business success..

There is so much energy about a successful home business floating around me, that I find connections in almost everything I see and think.

I love to garden in my spare time…there is something primeval and universal about digging the soil, planting a tiny seed, and watching a mature plant evolve bearing fruit or vegetables.

Of course, in organic soil, farm unpasteurized manure, there will appear weeds so weeding becomes a necessity just as having to clean pots and pans if you wish to prepare for the next delicious meal.

Now you have to picture my garden..it is built within two walls set into a hillside…The walls are built from hollowed out concrete blocks. The hollow parts have been filled with pebbles for weight and stability. And granted over the years some dirt may have settled through the pebbles to rest on another open block.

Now the other day while weeding, I paid more attention to an alder seedling, a baby tree, growing out of the hole in one of top blocks. The wonder was that there was anything inside the hole to support growth of any kind..but here was this little broad leaved tree with the will to start the impossible. Survival here depended on the sparest of circumstances with minimal soil and nutrients. But somehow it had taken root and developed a series of branches now standing about a foot above the cement block.

Whether or not, I chopped it down…you will have to read more..

The code to survive..the code to live.. to expand beyond the seed.
Being a tree, it has a genetic code that synthesizes with the sun, water and minerals in the soil.. There was no subconscious thinking that it wouldn’t be able to grow here. Nothing hindered it’s presence with a little support of soil and water.

But we are human and beyond our common cellular structures of carbon, hydrogen and oxygen and minerals, we also have strong wills to survive, to live, to expand beyond the basics, to fulfill potential of doing all we can do within a limited timeline.

Being human, we also have evolved genetic neural codes based on far more powers of moving, thinking, and imagining. We have a conscious and a subconscious mind that is often stronger than the reality around it. It is our subconscious mind filled with old habits, like conditioned robots, that will stop us if it thinks we are not capable of doing something. We use logic to measure what our journey may be like without actually doing it. We grow tendrils of self-esteem that will help to flower our ambitions or wither them at the bud.

Being human, we stop and admire even a young alder’s strong will for survival in the poorest of conditions. There were no excuses as to why it shouldn’t try...and even succeed beyond it's cement enclosure.

Being human, we grow and analyze our excuses. You may think a profitable home business will not grow for you for a variety of reasons. Maybe you think I’m a victim of poor and unfortunate circumstances. I don’t have good enough skills. I don’t deserve more. I can live fairly happily within limitations.

But a home based business opportunity can start even with the most basic of circumstances.. the simplest of tools..and yield a magnificient enterprise.
Like the little alder seedling, there is no need for fancy places, extravagant expenses, or elaborate husbandry.

All you really need are three basic elements found in the viral home business formula.

Profits = leveraged message + democratic plan x duplication

You have a Mini-Program for Maxi-Profits that synthesizes the main facts
You have a simple 3 steps plan you can read and share..like water..it is easy to absorb
You have the true fortune-creation key with duplication in a network marketing
home business.

In the end, the little alder was chopped down by a very sorry elder. But its message will always be

Make your life a masterpiece..imagine no limitations on what you can be, have or do…Brian Tracy
Questions and comments are always welcome..what kinds of circumstances are circumscribing your potential to be all that you can...

Home BusinessViral Marketing Formula with the Magnificent Gift of Time

Home Business Viral Marketing Formula for Network Marketing Success with the magnificent gift of time ...Part 4

Yesterday we talked about the magnificent obsession of having a passion…what makes you rise to the best you can be with no regrets or excuses...how to fulfill the one life we have to live.

Today we look at the magnificent gift is time..

Brain Tracy says it best:

Time is your most precious resource. It is the most valuable thing you have. It is perishable, it is irreplaceable, and it cannot be saved. It can only be reallocated from activities of lower value to activities of higher value. All work requires time. And time is absolutely essential for the important relationships in your life

So how does time relate to the network marketing home business viral formula
based on a DEMOCRATIC MARKETING PLAN

P = LM + DP x D

Profits = Leveraged Message + Democratic Plan x duplication

The time-saving, time-maximizing, time-reduction value is clear as a bell.

Time is limited and delegated to the most important principles of this unique home business.

  • 1. PROFITS
...based on residual income..get paid long term based on initial efforts
  • 2. LEVERAGED MESSAGE
…use professional information tools to work on your behalf 24/7 beyond physical limitations of how much time you have and where you are
  • 3. DEMOCRATIC PLAN
…everybody who wants a low-cost, part-time home business can have a successful home business based on the proven principle of duplication
  • 4. DUPLICATION
...the key to high profits in network marketing is the duplication of a simple marketing system. They key to success in this simple marketing system is a short, comprehensive curriculum guide to how this industry works. It is simple-to-follow, low-cost, generic, standardizes content to handle questions and objections, and time efficient and practical for everyone to use.

How time-efficient and democratic is this.

Precious time is not spent jumping through hoops, traversing the internet jungle, magnetically branding yourself, writing articles and blogs, studying copywriting skills, testing SEO ad words, mailing lists, selling, persuading, following, training and banging your head against misperceptions.

Precious time is spent hanging out family, visiting friends, catching up on old times, watching your children’s events, reading, updating studies of interest, doing hobbies, golfing, fishing, relaxing, going on retreats and holidays..just watching the garden grow...if that is your choice.

Precious time builds memories that will live forever.

Put time in your hands and money in your wallet by checking out a simple network marketing home business plan.

Your questions, comments and special times you remember are always welcome to share.

The Three Factors of Time by Brian Tracy

Organize Your Life Around Your Family, Your Career and Your Personal Goals

You need to stand back on a regular basis and analyze yourself, your life and your time usage. You need to become a master of your time rather than a slave to continuing time pressures.

The Starting Point Personal time management begins with you. It begins with your thinking through what is really important to you in life. And it only makes sense if you organize it around specific things that you want to accomplish.

You need to set goals in three major areas of your life.

First, you need family and personal goals

These are the real reasons why you get up in the morning, why you work hard and upgrade your skills, why you worry about money and sometimes feel frustrated by the demands on your time.

What are your personal and family goals, both tangible and intangible?

A tangible family goal could be a bigger house, a better car, a larger television set, a vacation, or anything else that costs money. An intangible goal would be to build a higher quality relationship with your spouse and children, to spend more time with your family going for walks or reading books. Achieving these family and personal goals are the real essence of time management, and its major purpose.

The second area of goals is your business and career goals.

These are the "how" goals, the means by which you achieve your personal, "why" goals.

How can you achieve the level of income that will enable you to fulfill your family goals?

How can you develop the skills and abilities to stay ahead of the curve in your career?

Business and career goals are absolutely essential, especially when balanced with family and personal goals.

Personal Development Goals

The third type of goals is your personal development goals.

Remember, you can't achieve much more on the outside than what you have achieved and become on the inside. Your outer life will be a reflection of your inner life.

If you wish to achieve worthwhile things in your personal and your career life, you must become a worthwhile person in your own self-development. You must build yourself if you want to build your life.

Perhaps the greatest secret of success is that you can become anything you really want to become to achieve any goal that you really want to achieve.

But in order to do it, you must go to work on yourself and never stop.

Action Exercises

Here are three things you can do immediately to put these ideas into action.

First, develop the habit of stopping on a regular basis and thinking about what is really important to you. The more often you stop and think, the better decisions you will make.

Second, decide clearly upon your personal and family goals. Write them down. Discuss them with others. Be clear about why you are doing what you do.

Third, take some time to think about your career goals and the steps you will have to take to achieve them. Do something every day that moves you forward in all three areas.

How to Start your Home Business with no excuses...just release your brakes

Hello,
Currently, I'm speaking with many home business opportunity seekers who are looking for something different, something better in these troubling economic times. Of course, they are smart to do that, and they need to be very careful about any final decisions, but I am still surprised by how many people do not follow through by not taking at least an informed look or guidance.

A mentor explained it as inertia...fear of moving...the unknown of measurable changes...the risk/reward balance...

I like to call it driving a worn-out J.O.B. (Just Over Broke) Work Model to a scary financial destination with a full set of brakes and blinders compared to other Home Business Models to a better "personal economy" and happiness.

This article by Brian Tracy came to mind and cannot be said better. You can overcome your obstacles by questioning your excuses.

"You pick the place you want to walk to and the place you want to walk away from...but see with
clarity where you are going..."

Enjoy...embrace...integrate...release your brakes.

Releasing Your Brakes by Brian Tracy

Do you have any ideas or attitudes about yourself
and your abilities that may be holding you back
from great success and happiness?
As it happens, everyone does.

However, you can learn how to develop
the beliefs that can help you and get rid of
the false ideas that block you from realizing your full potential.

In her wonderful book You Can Heal Your Life,
Louise Hay says that each one of us has feelings of inferiority
that are manifested in the conclusion that we are not good enough.
We think that we are not as good as other people,
and we feel that we are not good enough to acquire and enjoy
the things that we want in life.
Very often, we feel that we don't deserve good things.
Even if we do work hard and achieve some worthwhile objectives,
we believe that we are not really entitled to our successes,
and we often engage in behaviors that sabotage our successes.

The fact is that you deserve every good thing
that you are capable of acquiring as the result
of the application of your talents.

Overcoming Obstacles

You need to develop your beliefs about yourself
to the point where they serve you every day in every way.
Men and women who accomplish extraordinary things
are just ordinary people who developed themselves mentally
to the point where they were able to overcome the obstacles
that stood in their way, and they kept on keeping on
until the goal was attained.

The most harmful beliefs that you can have are what we call
"self-limiting beliefs." These are beliefs about yourself,
most of which are not true; but they hold you back nonetheless.
Sometimes you, or others, will say that you cannot
achieve certain goals because you did not get enough education.

Questioning Your Excuses

The humorist Josh Billings once said, "It ain't what a man knows
what hurts him. It's what a man knows what ain't true."
It isn't the actual truth about yourself and your abilities
that hurts you; it's the things that you consider to be true
and that have no basis in truth.

The starting point of changing your beliefs is to get up the
courage to question them seriously. Question your basic premises.
Check your assumptions. Ask yourself,
"What assumptions am I making about myself or my situation
that might not be true?"

It's a fact that we fall in love with our excuses
and our negative assumptions. We fall in love with our reasons
for not moving ahead.

The author Richard Bach wrote this beautiful line:
"Argue for your limitations, and sure enough, they're yours."

Very often, we become the prosecuting attorney
in the case against ourselves.
We dispute and argue and attempt to prove to ourselves
and others that our limitations are real.
And the less justification these ideas or beliefs have,
the more adamant we become in attempting to prove them to others.

Whatever they are, resolve to challenge them.
Hold them up to the light. Imagine that you had absolute confidence
in yourself in a particular area.
Then, act as if it were impossible to fail,
and it shall be!

Action Exercises

Now, here are three steps you can take immediately
to put these ideas into action.

First, accept that you are as good and as talented
in your own way as anyone else you will ever meet.
There is nothing you can't accomplish if you really want it.

Second, challenge a belief or idea about yourself
that is holding you back.
What if you had extraordinary ability in that area?
What difference would that make in your life?

Third, stop making excuses for lack of success.
Instead, start making progress.
Think and talk about what you want and then get busy
making it come true.
