Dear Sam Letter...on your Search for a Great Home Business, Equality, Hopes, Habits and OYC

You were born rich with 18 billion bountiful,

beautiful, totally available and in all probability
under-used brain cells awaiting your desire,

decision and directional compass to take you
onward, upward, goodward and Godward."- Mark Victor Hansen

Dear Sam Letter..on your search for a Great Home Business, Equality, Hopes, Habits, Challenge and Happiness with OYC

Dear Sam,

It was great talking with you the other day and learning more about what you hope to achieve in life. We agreed on 3 things:

..a wasted future is a sad thing.

..a profitable home business would provide much needed financial security.

..a curiosity why Own Your Channel just may be the greatest hope for home-based business entrepreneurs.

And you agreed to check out a video and webinar about this new program. But even more importantly, you need to visualize this simple connection between the deep-down, core-value of the equality of hope we all share and a simple plan to achieve a life you desire. You must not let the inequality of habits easily prevent you from financial security. This is why I am writing this follow-up letter to show you that hopes are real and achievable by everyone with a simple life-changing, habit-enforcing exercise.

Whisper this letter quietly or shout it out like a speech. Share it with people you care about at a dinner table or in a living room. It is time for a change. Your hopes matter...they are real from the heart. What if, one letter, one exercise, like a candle, can light up whole room of hopeful possibilities. True poverty is never reaching your potential.

THE EQUALITY OF HOPE

We all share a common humanity. We share time with the same hours in a week...rich or poor. We all experience births, growing up, and deaths. Seasons come and go. We understand honesty, loss, optimism, forgiveness, regret, fun, and success. Our actions cause reactions...even inactions sometimes can make a huge difference.
It is at the point of a decision that our destinies are decided (Robbins)

We have equal hopes that matter. We all positively hope for healthier lifestyles and being home with our children and loved ones, enjoying family vacations, field trips, concerts, and sports. We agree, hopefully, with building financial security, saving money on taxes, funding college educations and embracing a solid, golden retirement.

We do not hope for high blood pressure or medical expenses, excessive stress, lack of energy, rigid schedules and long hours, job insecurity, high credit cards, empty savings accounts, stock market volatility, inflation, pension deficits.

We share an Equality of Hopes. We deserve the right to fulfill them. Agree?

THE INEQUALITY OF HABITS

It is sometimes said that network marketing home business is not so much about products as it is a vehicle to achieve a more positive lifestyle. There isn’t any other business where the “heavy lifting” is done for you in order to produce huge profits for the home business owner as well. But it must be done right…And that is why a new transformation in this industry is changing MLM forever.

So why do people say “No” outright or feel only a passing interest in checking out something that ultimately can fulfill their common hopes and dreams?

The main obstacle is a big wall of HABITS with the sign "I know that enough..so I’m not interested."

It is said 90% of our behavior is habitual...once learned…once enforced...and many times harder to break. It has to do with our brain’s neurology and circuitry. Only 3 points will be made here:

  • 1. It is our habits that sustain our thoughts of past, present and future. By changing our habits we can change our thoughts and our lives. However, if you limit your habits to what seems possible or reasonable, you disconnect yourself from what you can really accomplish. The most you can do is compromise to survive with what you have.
  • 2. It is our habits that give us a sense of learned helplessness or a giving-up reaction that whatever you do doesn't matter. Your “yesterday” mind takes you prisoner and sets limitations and fears for the new and improved opportunities.
  • 3. It is our habits that direct our personal responsibility and drive our discipline and self-control. It is our self-talk that fuels or derails our self-beliefs that we also deserve better, hopeful and positive lives.

CAN EQUAL HABITS  BE PRACTISED...YOUR CHALLENGE

Now, if lack of self-belief is the main problem in making changes from hopeless feelings to hopeful strategies for more success...then let’s remedy that with consistent practice because that is what builds your brain's pathways.

It is true that control over your thoughts is probably the hardest exercise in

self-mastery that you will ever engage in.

It is also true that whatever you repeat often enough, over and over, becomes a new belief.

So here is your challenge. We need to keep this simple.

WHAT IF, a 5 DAY EXERCISE can help you reach the point where you are thinking about your goals and potential most of the time?

WHAT IF, repeating these 5 statements 10 times daily will start to change your thoughts about reaching new places and dreams?

Here are 5 statements you can say 10 times daily…write on cards, tape record, put in your wallet, tape them on your bathroom mirror but just do it..Why risk not doing them?

1. I believe my time is a valuable commodity in its own right. Time is transient and defined by goals to move towards, not away, from time freedom with family and friends.

2. I wish to avoid the 3 dangerous words “I know that.” I will accommodate changes, not just justify past habits and develop a willing attitude and a game plan for life.

3. I will duplicate the power of the message by passing on a simple home business plan, time effectively, with no loss of critical factors. A simple plan conveniently neutralizes most excuses.

4. I can enhance my communication skills that will benefit all areas of my life..a win win extension to living well.

5. I have a discriminating mind and choose not to limit my awareness or strive for mediocrity. True poverty is never reaching your potential. I want to see and feel what true financial freedom feels like.

YOU MUST GET THIS BIG PICTURE:

On the top is EQUALITY of HOPES we all share

On the bottom is new EQUALITY of HABITS we all can do and believe in.

We must not allow small excuses and interferences or huge distractions to cut away our hopes or limit our potential.

FINALLY, WELCOME OWN YOUR CHANNEL AS YOUR HOME BUSINESS TEAM

All the benefits of Own Your Channel are presented in a compelling video. I hope you have compelling enough reasons to watch it now. Find out why its not about the mlm industry or any company or product:

  • how to avoid common problems
  • why the reverse networking equation works better
  • how to double or triple your home team profits the easy way
  • what is the Entrepreneurs Assembly Line, Clearance House and Pay It Forward Program with another great company LGN?
In conclusion, there is no apology for how long this letter is. You need the unconditional viewpoint that we all may have different backgrounds but we have common destinies. We are bound by the equality of hope for a better life…and no excuses or instruments should undermine, demoralize or prevent it.

We can take unequal habits and practice a common stream of thought to develop positive self-beliefs.

We can embrace the principles of Own Your Channel and begin to change the circumstances of your life and those you care about.

We simply believe Your greatest days are ahead, and your biggest accomplishments are in the future.

As always I am your biggest fan and wish you a magnificent life…

3 BIG Lessons about a Co-operative Home Business vs Trump's Celebrity Showdown

3 BIG Lessons about a Co-operative Home Business with Own Your Channel versus Trump's Celebrity Showdown

Even busy networkers relax on Sunday evenings and while "surfing" the channels, I caught the last half hour or so of Donald Trump’s latest Celebrity Apprentice show. He was making a decision about who would hear his famous "You’re fired." It made me happy because $100,000 was raised through hamburger sales for a diabetes charity. That’s a good thing because Type 2 diabetes is one of the fastest growing health problems especially with children. But the ending also made me very unhappy just based on how the final boardroom decision was handled. The image of a butterfly stuck on a pin came across clearly.

The women’s team raised the least amount of money (could it be because they sold hamburgers for $25 versus the men’s team with $100 offerings). So by the rules of competition someone on the women’s team had to be removed or downsized. The implication was this person was the least helpful and productive and would be voted off by peers’ consensus.

Well, here’s where the CEO ran into some demonstrative frustration..enough to make him utter "bleeped" words. The question posed to each woman was "Who most contributed to your team’s failure and who would you fire?" Each woman seemed uncomfortable in pinning blame because they cooperatively felt that each one had done diverse responsibilities well. I think women’s nature tends to affinity, nurture and group protection. In the end, they were forced, and I choose this word carefully, to eliminate one of their own…who just happened to be creative and accomplished in her own right..but older, as if that had anything to do with it…

Therefore, here are 3 lessons to learn from this showdown:

Lesson #1: unhappy endings are not good for the public psyche and repress people's hopes...

WHY? it gives the public perception that business success is somehow determined by numbers only, by competition, appearance, contacts, and status.

The view is that it’s a "dog eat dog world" out there..and who would venture out to "swim with the sharks." If such high achievers get battered, then I don't even have a prayer...I'd be the "biggest loser." Even working long hours, getting paid minimum wage by a difficult boss would be more acceptable than entrepreneurship.

Lesson #2: stronger belief that co-operation and even weak links build network marketing success

WHY? A network marketing home business is the best way for women and men to make some serious supplementary money from home. But again, this particular home business model needs to be done right with integrity and compassion to help…not to find reasons to eliminate each other. In fact, it can be said that network marketing works because it can be also be based on the weakest links. The basic functions are the same...leverage information, duplicate simple plan, and earn residual money from multiple levels. Everyone who has a strong enough WHY reason or dream can follow 3 simple steps, irrespective of background, age, education, ethnicity, experience or culture.

This is why programs that stress celebrity success at the risk of demoralizing more personal perceptions can do more harm than good. We watch and classify how top people are beaten down. How can we detach from their fears, disapprovals or indecisions? Where do our dreams fit in? Maybe our WHY is not worthy enough? Maybe there is too much grinding, struggling, chest-thumping and brow-beating to reach it.

Lesson #3: continued wholehearted endorsement of social network of entrepreneurs called Own Your Channel.

Why? The name of the show is Inclusion..not Exclusion. Everybody is welcome to participate with a few simple steps to success. It's about sharing a powerful video and webinar. In fact, if there is a "cause for firing"..it is because you talked too much instead of letting experts tell the whole story for you. It’s $9 a month ($15 entry fee). You become part of the Entrepreneurs Assembly Line. You get your questions answered politely. When ready you can join profitable companies. You don’t need massive training to be the best you can be..it's not about company, product or compensation…it’s about you and what you hope to achieve as an independent home business team owner.

You will be invited to join a new affiliation with LGN (Little Guy Network). If the one time entry fee is unmanageable, you will be placed in Clearing House for sponsorship.

The power of your WHY is possible and welcome here. A corporate CEO will host the webinars for you. You will NOT hear the words "You're fired" but sincerely hope you DO get fired up instead after watching the video and webinar.

Questions and comments are always welcome.

Home Business Story of the Unemployment Wolf, the Three Plans and Own Your Channel

Home Business Story of the Unemployment Wolf, the Three Plans and  Own Your Channel

It’s a fair statement that we live in uncharted times...a new world of tremendous changes that affects everyone of us at all levels from birth to old age, education, careers, family, home, health care, technology, retirement, cultures and even morality. Therein lies deep valleys of uncertainty and high peaks of possibilities. At the same time, we are enveloped by storms of information..so much information coming at us from all directions...what to read, watch, believe and decide?

Sometimes, through the storm, a simple story can best present basic ideas and lessons. There is no better story that has appealed to generations than the Wolf and The 3 Little Pigs. The underlying moral, of course, is that the best prepared individual, given choices, will better outlast any dramatic problems or changes with the potential to live happily ever after.

Let's imagine for this story that Unemployment can be represented as a bad wolf.

Now, a recent New York Times article has outlined how millions of unemployed people face years without jobs as the recession continues to mount, with millions nearing the end of their unemployment benefits.

http://www.msnbc.msn.com/id/35504954/ns/business-the_new_york_times/from/ET

Here are some statistics from the experts:

  • approximately 6.3 million Americans have been unemployed for six months or longer, the largest number since the government began keeping track in 1948. 15 million are officially jobless.
  • need 100,000 new jobs a month just to absorb entrants to the labor force.
  • large companies are increasingly owned by institutional investors who crave swift profits, a feat often achieved by cutting payroll. Companies hire less or find capital equipment to replace workers.
  • the declining influence of unions has made it easier for employers to shift work to part-time and temporary employees.
  • factory work and even white-collar jobs have moved in recent years to low-cost countries in Asia.
  • automation has helped manufacturing cut 5.6 million jobs since 2000 — the sort of jobs that once provided lower-skilled workers with middle-class paychecks.
  • strapped households have less buying power which affects auto companies, home construction, foreclosed properties, retails sales and more.

Back to the story, and the simple premise that it is obvious that the threat of unemployment is like the big bad wolf’s threat to the security of the three little pigs.

In fact, let's take a creative look at these challenges with an analogy...that the big bad wolf is the unemployment attacker and the three little pigs act as the three plans that can best deal with the "huffing and puffing" of this uncertain economy.

Let’s begin this simple analogy...

A deep recession fell upon the land. More people fell out of work and savings petered out, and the menace of unemployment, like a hungry wolf, appeared in the neighbourhood. People accustomed to the comforts of middle-class life began to rely on public assistance for the first time in their lives..could it potentially be for years to come?

People began to look at three possible plans in case the unemployment wolf knocked on their doors.

PLAN #1...Hang on and hope the recession will pass. This somewhat passive thinking is like living in a twig house..no personal income, no protection at the mercy of harsh realities.

a.Try and adapt to live without a secure paycheck or unemployment check. It may mean doing without prescription medications, health insurance, certain amenities, healthier food choices, holidays, education and more.

b. Face the spectre of being homeless as a real possibility.

c. Start to believe you are the failure and blame yourself because of age, weight gain or any other "prominent insecurity".

PLAN #2... Be more proactive and look for suitable other employment.

a. Send out local flyers to clean houses or walk dogs. Check out local job listings. Send out dozens of resumes and not hear back. Respond to online ads with less than desirable offers. Take a state-financed program, many with low wages.

b. Check out more expensive investments in what are considered to be the best jobs (for over forty year olds) where you can make potentially make $100,000. Here are some examples..education administrator, strategic communication professional, community sevice co-ordinator, computer systems manager (need MBA with focus on technology) or even a small scale niche farmer (whatever that means).

c. Browse the internet filled with schemes and dreams to ransom a king's treasures. Network marketing home business opportunities abound but they are too often overly time consuming and expensive with over expectations of royalty-like leadership and followers…and, generally, they are NOT doable by the average citizen.

In my opinion these are like straw houses easily blown away with excuses and failures.

PLAN #3...Consider being a Home Business Owner with Own Your Channel.

a. Start building a main foundation as an independent team for $9 month...similar to a home business insurance that offers protection in numbers and time to learn more about entrepreneurship..the blueprint for success. There are no legitimate excuses.

b. Grow this home team cheaply, quickly, and soon it can become a serious contender to join big companies and make profits from the beginning. Even if a particular company stops producing, your team can join other opportunities.

c. Value the serious efforts to help others by setting up a Clearing House for people who cannot afford even minimal start-up costs for a home business. They can wait for sponsorship into a profitable program with perks. For example, they can get a $299 LGN (Little Guy Network) account for $24 (cost of OYC..enrollment fee plus $9 month)

In my opinion, this is the one and only home business build from solid bricks. The construction starts with master builders. You start by listening to a valuable video that outlines the program. Your "job" is to share this blueprint with others who are looking for more security.

Together you can watch the income calculator and understand the potential of a big home-based team with definite defensive skills as well as offensive strength.

Unemployment fears can "huff and puff" but there is definite protection in numbers, leveraging information tools and residual income.

The ending of this story and analogy will be written by different people in different ways.

I sincerely hope you will check out a compelling video as part of plan #3. Get your questions and comments answered. Start building your house of bricks. Join like- minded entrepreneurs standing by to help you.

If you still question the moral value of this simple story...then perhaps a poster from the late 1940’s will help to focus on why you should act today..

"There are two days in every week about which we should not worry, two days which should be kept free from fear and apprehension.

"One of these days is YESTERDAY, with its mistakes and cares, its faults and blunders, its aches and pains. Yesterday has passed forever beyond our control. All the money in the world cannot bring back yesterday. We cannot undo a single act we performed or erase a single word we said. Yesterday is gone.

"The other day we should not worry about is TOMORROW, with its possible adversities, its burdens, its large promise, and its poor performance. Tomorrow is also beyond our immediate control.

"This leaves only one day, TODAY. Anyone can fight the battles of just one day. It is only when you and I add the burdens of those two awful eternities - Yesterday and Tomorrow - that we break down.

"It is not the experience of Today that drives us mad, it is remorse and bitterness for something which happened yesterday and the dread of what tomorrow may bring. Let us therefore… Live this one full TODAY."
