Ditch the Doll…Switch to the Standards for an equal profitable Home Business

First, let’s look at the first “ditch.” It’s well explained in this article but to summarize: the “doll”, Barbie, has been setting “unrealistic expectations” for many girls based on “physical” dimensions (or lack there of). You only have to look at all the young, straight-long-blonde-haired, fashion-derivatives, thin pop stars sub-culture where even a 5 pound gain weight is supreme fodder for news media.

OK..so what is the connection between Barbie and Mr. or Mrs. Standard succeeding with a simple home business.
The link is between the words what is equal and what plan works
The question is what works equally well for every person who wants a successful home business and what works only for the “top producers who want to dominate the internet.”


First, this home business model called network marketing is build on the ground floor premise that every person who wants to achieve an above average lifestyle and independence can do so, irrespective of age, race, religion, education, or experience. There is no other business model out there that comes close to helping regular people achieve great dreams. It starts with a small amount of capital, a few hours to share information tools, cutting edge products that the marketplace needs and a desire to have a better life. Don't we ALL deserve this?!

The key to building partnerships in this business model depends on a simple marketing plan…3 basic steps can actually suffice:

  1. here is how the business model works
  2. here is the company and product
  3. here is the marketing plan


Business volume, and therefore cash flow, is dependent on how simple it is to share through multiple levels of average people.
VELOCITY equals SIMPLICITY and vice versa.


Undoubtedly, Mr. and Mrs. Magnetic Personality can achieve very well in a home business where charisma, huge advertising dollars, technical expertise stand to rule. But folks, please hear this cry…network marketing is a special opportunity for the average people wanting something better…it is NOT about grooming "top producers."

Top producers are a small dynamic group with powerful strategies but they don’t duplicate over time. In fact I know a few top producers who work 7 days a week to maintain their cash flow because their members can’t duplicate their powerhouse strategies or expectations.

STOP...LOOK and LISTEN..

I do not want to spend months “branding myself” in order to magnetically attract others so they and also spend money learning how they can brand themselves.

What I will brand “till the cows come home” is this fundamental important equal home business opportunity where I can tell my simple story with professional tools and build an income to last a lifetime that I can pass on to my children…And the freedom I believe in to live the best life I can.

That is the brilliant home business concept I wish to share with a simple 3 step marketing plan.

That is true blue “grassroots capitalism” and everybody has equal democratic rights to be successful.
